I am a registered qualified therapeutic counsellor. I have been working with the public for the last 30 years.
I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
I volunteered as part of my training and
beyond at Mid Kent MIND.

I'm passionate about each client I work with, ensuring they are at the very core of how I approach their therapy.
I treat every client with respect, providing an emotional safe haven for mental wellbeing. It's important to feel heard, emotions can run high and you may find life can be hard. The pain of a situation may be difficult to come to terms with.
I offer empathy, kindness and understanding
through person-centred counselling therapy, I have a special interest in social connection and offer the opportunity for you to be heard without judgement.

My focus is to support individuals to talk about whatever they wish, whilst respecting diversity. Maybe you need to build resilience? Maybe you need to realise your inner strengths? Maybe you're in need of space to work through change? I believe everyone is unique, and tailoring each session to the individual's needs is key to moving forward to where you want to be in life. You are at the core of your own therapy.

I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This brings with it a duty of care to ensure I work within their Ethical Framework.
I'm fully committed to the process of continuing professional development and ensure this reflects within my therapy.
